Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.bioboxindia.com. Following constitutes the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Inventory and Packing
  • All the products are kept in our warehouse situated in Kolkata. Packing and quality check is done before it is to be dispatched.
  • All the products are packed in air-tight packaging, and then inside a carton box. The carton boxes are sealed properly before handing it over to courier services.
Shipment
  • We follow drop shipping model.
  • All the orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kolkata, West Bengal.
  • All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our shipping partner is Fedex.
  • If we experience any delivery problem thorugh Fedex, Speed Post is used as an alternative. It might take 9-12 working days for the shipment to arrive.
  • If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Due to Covid-19 situation and country-wide lockdown, we might experience delay in the shipment of the orders.
Delivery estimates
  • Shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days from the date it is shipped. In some cases the deliveries are delayed depending on the Covid-19 lock down situation and local restrictions.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing yourtracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
  • We take extreme care in our packaging but in certain situations there may be some damage to the products. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to not accept the package and return it to the courier agency immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned.
    All claims for shortages / damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery at contact@bioboxindia.com with an image attached.
  • Bio Box India is not liable for any package lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
