What items can be returned?
All items that are shrink-wrapped in a set, and has not been unsealed can be returned. Any lose item is not acceptable for returned. The number of products returned should be same as purchased.
Any damage caused during the transit by the courier company cannot be returned.
What is the timeline for return?
The product can be returned only within the 30 days of delivery.
Any return after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to initiate the return?

- Your refund will be initiated to your given credit card/debit card/UPI ID as soon as we recieve the package.
When can I initiate a refund?
Incorrect / Incomplete Order Delivery:
In case an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order is delivered, the same has to be reported within 24 hours by sending image of product and packaging and a code mentioned on the box through an email at email@example.com or on WhatsApp . A replacement will be dispatched within 1-2 business day between 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday.
Damaged Product Delivery:
If the product delivered to you is damaged before you receive it, kindly do not accept the product. Kindly report the same within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org or on WhatsApp. A replacement will be dispatched within 1-2 business day between 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Friday.
- The customer has to pay for shipping the packege to be returned.

- Please keep enough proofs of your packacge before return, so that we can claim for damage as well.
